By contacting Srisol ("we", "us", "our") or engaging us for a project, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them before starting a project with us.
We offer fixed packages starting at ₹4,999 for a Basic Website, ₹9,999 for a Business Website, ₹24,999 for an E-commerce Store, ₹39,999 for Mobile App Development, and ₹49,999 for a combined Website + Mobile App solution. Exact inclusions for each package are listed on our Pricing section and may be updated from time to time. If your project needs something outside these packages, we will give you a custom, transparent quote upfront based on your requirements. A quote or package price is based on the scope discussed at the time; work outside that scope — extra pages, features, or major changes requested after development has started — may be charged separately, with your agreement, before we proceed.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, an advance payment is required before we begin work on your project, with the remaining balance due on delivery or as agreed in your project quote. Work is not considered complete or handed over until payment is received in full.
We agree on a delivery timeline with you at the start of each project. Timelines depend on how quickly we receive the content, approvals, and feedback we need from you — delays on your side may affect the delivery date.
A reasonable number of revisions is included during development, as agreed for your project. Ongoing support after launch — bug fixes, minor updates, hosting help — is provided as per the support terms agreed for your project.
Once your project is paid for in full, ownership of the final website, store, or app design and code built specifically for you transfers to you. Until final payment is received, all work remains the property of Srisol. Reusable tools, frameworks, and code libraries we've built over time remain our property and may be reused across other projects.
If your project includes publishing an app to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, the app is subject to Google's and Apple's own review policies. We do our best to meet these guidelines, but we cannot guarantee approval, and are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by changes to their policies.
Some projects use third-party services — for example, payment gateways, SMS/WhatsApp providers, or hosting companies. We are not responsible for outages, charges, or policy changes made by these third parties.
We aim to deliver reliable, well-tested work, but we are not liable for any indirect loss — such as lost business or lost data — arising from the use of a website, store, or app we've built, beyond the value of the project itself.
Either party may cancel a project with written notice, including over WhatsApp or email. Work completed up to that point will be billed, and any advance paid is non-refundable once work has begun, unless we agree otherwise.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Telangana.
